Before and After Photos of yard work

We have worked quite hard this first summer.  The front yard of the house was not attended to at all.   Neighbors were cutting the grass before we moved it.  At one point, neighbors called this the "Jurrasic House" because the grass was 4' high.

We moved in Labor Day weekend 1997.  We didn't do too much the first year, but starting in April of '98 we really worked on the yard.

The first view shows how uneven the grass is.  I did trim the two trees next to the driveway in this view.  The photos were taken May 16th.

Now the view below was taken on August 15th. We landscaped three different areas.  We plan to put another nusery rock level behind the rock area towards the corner of the fence. We have since planted serveral hedge trees (Sep 9th) to separate the yard to the right of us.

I guess that I need more lessons on taking pictures (Although the Grand Canyon photos turned out great).   The first set were scanned.  The second set was taken by a digital camera.
