New Seattle City Center Construction. August 29

An extra Harborview photo today, showing the construction on the southwest corner.
Don't know what they are planning on building, but I hope it is earthquake proof.
Currently on the King County voting ballot is an initiative to "quake proof" all of
Harborview.  It could cost quite a few million.  The Helo Pad used to be where the
current construction is taking place.
