The new Ab-Do'er.  It's supposed to really help with the abs and
love handles.  We'll see.

Charpy's weight bench has is put to use every morning from about 3:30 to 4am.
(Later on weekends)
I do at least 4 reps of 25 knee curls (currently 48-56lbs) 25-40 sit-ups, 
25-30 lifts with the dumbbells (15lbs each), and 20-25 bench presses (currently 65lbs).
Since I have started this routine around the beginning of March, my biceps have grown
1/2 inch and my knees are in MUCH BETTER shape.  Not to mention loosing all the
weight.  Most of the weight loss comes from running, however.

 
The house across the street is vacant again. Who will be the next neighbors?
