Looking out the window of the 14th floor of Hotel Captain Cook.
That is indeed snow.

Walking up 5th Avenue to the SSA Office.

 
You can see there is a good inch of snow on the ground.

After leaving the field office around 11am, I was able to walk around a bit.  This is the 
statue of Captain Cook overlooking the waterfront.
