A hazardous material spill happened at the Fifth Avenue Plaza today.  May 17

 
Let's count them.  There ended up being 4 fire engines, a special fire truck with an extended
ladder, two ambulances, four special fire mashall SUV's and about a dozen police 
vehicles. 

Understand two people were taken to Harborview for observation.

Traffic was backed up on Fifth Avenue for quite a ways.
