A chemical alert at the Fifth Avenue Plaza.

Looking down at the number of emergency vehicles on Fifth Avenue.

Fifth Avenue was backed up.  It was a very rainy day.
Notice the trailer in the center of the photo, in the center of the street.

It's a decontamination unit.

The Seattle Library building has been knocked down.  You can see
the construction of the new one.
