Charpy has known Randy since transferring from Navcomtelsta to the Information Technology department at Subase Base.  He works in Public Works as a Contract Specialist, and is still there.  He used to work for Engineering Field Activity with Dave.

Randy has always been someone to talk to about almost any issue.  He enjoys playing war games one weekend a month.  He is part of our "gang" that have done quite a bit together. We have been to Mariners, Sonics, and Sabrecats games.  He has also been camping with the gang.  We been to movies and have bowled together.  

He has offered to take me to play golf on some small course in Port Orchard near his place.  This still has not happened.

Randy hosts the annual Super Bowl party at his place, and I have been there four years in a row.  He does need to get a larger TV for these parties, though. (Hint).  He has been to a few parties at my place.
