Notice the OBESITY LINE, the 200 POUND LINE, and the OVERWEIGHT LINE.  These are the BODY MASS INDEX (BMI) of someone with my height.  The top chart shows my new goal of 170 POUNDS.

A quick glance at the chart will show a period each month where I "relaxed" a little on my routine.  Those small jumps upwards were more due to indulging on FOOD and DRINK rather then relaxing on the workout.
